Orchid Hunting
2021 June 02
We often like to search for and photograph orchids in the spring. We usually go to the Petawawa Research Forest but it remains closed because of covid and other reasons. So this year we searched another local area. Here are some photos.
While Arethusa bulbosa are not rare, neither are they common. Thus we choose to be a little circumspect in describing just where we went.

There's a way to get a canoe through here, but it's tricky.
