Barred Owl
This shot was taken out our living room window: a barred owl (Strix varia) hunting red squirrels. Earlier, he had a clear shot at a black squirrel but he let it go; I guess they're too big

Update: I just looked out the window in time to see this guy catch a mouse. Pretty impressive. Clearly he was operating entirely on sound and picked the mouse off from under the snow.
