Chalk River at Hwy 17

First Paddle   We went for our first paddle of the season on Friday. Here we are approaching the railway bridge on the Chalk River, just upstream of Hwy. 17. The wooden structure under the bridge is part of the boardwalk along this part of the river, which is associated with the visitor centre of the Petawawa Research Forest.
