Salvage Boat This boat was recently in Deep River. It is owned and operated by Log's End and is used to salvage ancient logs from the bottom of the Ottawa River. The boat itself is a former ICO (Upper Ottawa Improvement Company) tugboat. If you do a search on YouTube for "log's end" you will find several videos about the company. They include some interesting archival footage of old river drives.
